1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of clartemd.com.pk and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you confirm that you've read and accepted them.

Clarté MD ("we", "us", "our") operates this site and fulfils orders from Lahore, Pakistan. You are referred to as "you".

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a delivery address in Pakistan to place an order. The AI skin preview is for educational purposes only and is not a medical diagnosis.

3. Products and pricing

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and inclusive of any applicable taxes.
• We may correct typographical pricing errors; if your order is affected, we'll contact you before dispatch.
• Product photos are illustrative — packaging may vary as we iterate.

4. Orders and payment

• Orders are confirmed when you receive an SMS or WhatsApp message with your order number (looks like CLM-2026-XXXX).
• Cash-on-Delivery is the only payment method available at present. Card / wallet payments will be added once merchant accounts are approved (see Shipping for COD specifics).
• We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — e.g. suspected fraud, repeat undelivered COD attempts, or inability to ship to your area. You'll receive a full explanation if that happens.

7. AI features

The Skin Quiz and Before/After Preview use machine-learning models from Google (Gemini family). They are tools to help you decide; they are not a substitute for a dermatologist's consultation.

By uploading a photo you confirm it's yours, give us a limited licence to process it for the preview, and accept that the model output is a projection — not a guarantee of results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

9. Intellectual property

The Clarté MD name, logo, brand fonts, and protocol copy are ours. You may share links to our pages, but please ask before reposting substantial copy or images on your own site.

10. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes will be resolved by the courts at Lahore.
