Shipping policy

1. Where we ship

We ship anywhere in Pakistan that one of our courier partners covers (currently TCS, Leopards, and M&P — see §4).

International shipping is not available yet. If you're abroad and want to send Clarté MD to a relative in Pakistan, place the order with their delivery address and pay COD on their behalf.

2. Delivery windows

Working days = Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after 3 pm ship the next working day.

3. Shipping cost

  • Rs. 250 flat shipping fee on every order, regardless of cart size. Charged at the door alongside the COD total.

4. Couriers

We pick the fastest courier for your area at the time of dispatch:

  • TCS — best for Lahore / Karachi / Islamabad metros.
  • Leopards — good country-wide coverage.
  • M&P — used when the others can't service the address.

You'll get a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp once the parcel leaves our packing facility.

5. Cash-on-Delivery (COD)

  • COD is the only payment method right now. Card and JazzCash / Easypaisa will be added once merchant accounts are approved.
  • The courier collects the full order amount in cash at the door when your parcel arrives.
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, WhatsApp us within 24 hours at +92 324 998 6822 with photos of the parcel and the affected items. We'll arrange a refund or re-ship.
  • Three consecutive failed COD attempts at the same address mean we may pause that account until you confirm a working delivery slot.

6. Missing parcels

If your tracking hasn't moved for 48 hours past the expected window, message us on WhatsApp +92 324 998 6822 with your order number. We'll chase the courier and either re-dispatch or refund within 5 working days.

7. Holidays + closures

We don't ship on national public holidays, Sundays, or during planned inventory closures. Anything announced will be posted at the top of the homepage at least 3 days in advance.
